Well well, long time no? The laziness that has consumed my otherwise pretty creative side is a procrastinating ass. Sad to say I almost forgot about this special little gem. For my first post, I will start off with The Dylan Group, a duo comprised of Dylan Cristy and Adam Pierce, the Dylan Group expanded to perform as a four piece with Scott McGovern and Tyler Pistilli. They use the vibraphones as the melodic centerpiece for everything from experimental breakbeat to improv ambience, hip-hoppy trance and latin lounge music. They are on Bubblecore as well as FatCat Records.
